We met in Málaga, Spain, thanks to a perfect mix of friendships and timing. Paula was celebrating her birthday and convinced a few friends and her cousin to join her for the occasion. At the same time, Sevi was traveling in the south of Spain with his own group. Through mutual friends, our paths crossed, and what began as two separate stories quickly became one.

What followed was a long-distance relationship. Paula was living in Paris, while Sevi was based in Munich. Our relationship grew through long waits, frequent trips, and the excitement of every reunion. Distance and travel became part of our journey, and patience one of our strengths.

Eventually, Sevi decided to move to Paris. We shared a happy life there, building everyday routines and creating memories together. Still, our desire to explore, grow, and live a new adventure became stronger. That shared curiosity led us to Sydney, Australia.

Living thousands of kilometres away from home hasn‘t always been easy. It has also shown us how lucky we are to be surrounded by the love and support of family and friends, no matter the distance.
